TREES ONLY - No stands, stand spikes, garland, plastic, twine, lights, etc.

Personal drop-off only - no commercial drop-offs

Mulch can be picked up at the following locations:

Colorado Springs Utilities Leon Young Service Center, 1521 S. Hancock Expressway

City of Colorado Springs Forestry, 1601 Recreation Way (on west side of street)
